Catholic Mass is celebrated each morning at 6 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and at 5:50 a.m. and 10 a.m. every Sunday in our beautiful Chapel. Guests are always welcome, whether joined by a resident or not. Because Mass is the source and summit of the Catholic faith, our celebration of Mass is broadcast throughout the Home so residents can join with us even when unable to get to our Chapel.
As a community, we pray together at Mass in word, gesture and song. Each Sacrifice of the Mass invites us to hear the words of Jesus, receive spiritual strength from the reading of the Gospel, reflect on the daily homily and worship God in the Holy Eucharist.
As Catholics, we believe our active participation in the Mass and reception of Holy Communion fill us with the real presence of Christ. Through this, we are prepared and strengthened to be Christ’s presence to one another and in the world, a faith we extend in joyful service to the loving care of our residents.
