Our emphasis on excellent clinical care allows us to have an array of ways to care for your loved one. From CMTs administering and monitoring medications to CNAs caring for each resident according to their needs, our LPN’s/RN’s are equipped with a dedicated team that provides care infused with love and tenderness. We are able to care for residents with wounds, tracheostomy tubes, and more.

As your loved one’s needs for greater care increases, we are able to adapt and provide the highest level of clinical care. With constant attention and evaluation on our residents, our mission partners work together to provide the best level of care. All our rooms are capable of the highest level of skilled nursing care, so your loved one can remain in the room as they move to greater dependency.

It’s important to know who’s caring for your loved one. We agree! Our clinical mission partners are scheduled and assigned to a particular group of residents every shift. This allows deeper relationships and trust to form.

In each room and restroom, our emergency call response system allows for residents to receive help promptly.

Each floor has one CMT who can professionally manage and distribute the prescriptions and medications to our residents. This ensures that our residents receive the proper medication at the right time, which can often be a difficult task as their memory declines.

As one ages, the abilities to perform daily tasks takes increased energy and strength. We are grateful to be able to provide the daily assistance for our residents while promoting their current level of independence and strength. With the strong foundation of our dedicated CNAs, our residents are cared for in everyday tasks and immediate needs. CMTs also help to regulate the medications to ensure the health of our residents, and overseen by our nurses, the team truly works together so that each resident can receive the attention and love they need in order to flourish.
